Join us every Monday for Mindful Mondays! We’ve partnered with Little Renegades to bring you a weekly program aimed at introducing kids to breathing exercises, sensory awareness, stretching, mantras, and easy meditations.⁣

Research from the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests that mindful awareness practices can lead to improvements in mental health, coping, and self-regulation. Our friends at Little Renegades put it best: “By teaching [kids] how to find space — space to pause, space to breathe, space between themselves and their reactions — we not only embolden their inherent capacity for stillness but we also open a doorway to greater empathy, acceptance, and inclusion for oneself and for others.”⁣

Mindful Mondays are *free* with admission and held every Monday at 10:30AM and again 3:00PM.
