Join us every Monday for Mindful Mondays! We’ve partnered with Little Renegades to bring you a weekly program aimed at introducing kids to breathing exercises, sensory awareness, stretching, mantras, and easy meditations.
Research from the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests that mindful awareness practices can lead to improvements in mental health, coping, and self-regulation. Our friends at Little Renegades put it best: “By teaching [kids] how to find space — space to pause, space to breathe, space between themselves and their reactions — we not only embolden their inherent capacity for stillness but we also open a doorway to greater empathy, acceptance, and inclusion for oneself and for others.”
Mindful Mondays are *free* with admission and held every Monday at 10:30AM and again 3:00PM.
