Southern California Children’s Museum offers Summer Camp for children 3-8 years old (must be potty trained). Children must bring their own nut-free lunch and snack. Outdoor and water play are included. Reserve your camper a spot through the link below! Please read all terms and conditions before booking. Camps are subject to cancellation based on enrollment. Registration must be submitted one week prior to the start date. Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the selected start date. CAMP CAMPOUT (June 12th - 16th)
This summer it’s all about the s’more the merrier at SCCM. We’ll be activating our imagination, art skills, science senses, and more as we pretend camp all week. Children will explore nature-based crafting, lantern-making, solar ovens, and basic wilderness survival techniques. Water play and outdoor play are included. Reserve a spot for your happy camper today! Ages 3-5.

PUPPETRY & STORYLINES (June 12th- 16th)
We’re pulling a few strings to have the best camp in town for our puppet-loving pals. Children will design their own puppet theater and ignite their storytelling skills as they create shadow and finger puppets along with other puppets made from paper, socks, felt, and even sustainable materials. Water play and outdoor play are included. Ages 6-8.

July 10-14 Creepy Crawlies (3-8 yo)
Calling all bug-loving explorers! Creepy Crawlies Camp is the perfect combination of science & art that is sure to keep future entomologists intrigued. Campers will create circuit STEM bugs, sustainable art, multi-media art, and explore their senses through bug-inspired process art while learning about life cycles and various insect species. Water & Outdoor play included. Please bring lunch and snack (nut free). All children must be potty trained.

July 17-21 Needle & Thread (3-8 yo)
Weave into summer with SCCM’s textile art camp! Textiles are one of the oldest forms of art in human civilization. Children will safely explore beginning weaving, string stitching, nature looms, hand embroidery, patchwork, and more while also learning about the historical and cultural contexts of textile art. This is going to be sew much fun! Water play and outdoor play are included. Please pack a lunch and snack for your child (nut free).

Campers will travel to infinity & beyond through this art-driven exploration into outerspace. Children will learn about the planets, comets, space travel, and build their own spaceship and command center using recyclable materials.

We’re diving deep into all things Pacific Ocean for this week of camp! Campers will learn about ocean animals, SoCal beaches, keeping our oceans clean, and more all through the lens of art. All children must be potty trained.
