There is so much happening in the world around us. Often, a child’s voice is lost and their feelings go unnoticed when the global climate is as intense as it currently is. Southern California Children’s Museum (SCCM) wants kids (and their families) to use art as a way of learning. We have created a safe virtual space, where kids can express their thoughts, feelings and opinions about what they are experiencing in the world today. We believe that artistic expression is a vital educational foundation and, in this way, we hope to help generate vital discussion in homes. To share your child’s work with us, use #SCCMCreateChange on your social media posts (make sure your account is public so we can see the art), direct-message us on Facebook or Instagram, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Let your child’s creativity shine!
