Join us on Saturday, 5/18 at 10:30 AM for an interactive story time with award-winning recording artist Karen Golden, followed by a sensory play craft where you can practice making (salt-dough) challah! You might even pick up on a bisele (a little) Hebrew and Yiddish! Activities are *FREE* with admission!
About Karen Golden
Karen Golden is a storyteller/musician, and award-winning recording artist. She has travelled to China, S. Korea, Hong Kong, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Colombia to tell stories in international schools. Her written stories have been published in eight anthology collections. Karen is also the Founder/Director of Creative Learning Place, a homeschool learning center founded in 2009 in Los Angeles. When she is not making story, musical or educational connections, Karen can be found in her garden tending to her many flowers, plants and turtles.
